Bahn: Arkansas State's Malzahn Pitches Vision For Red Wolves In Statewide Speaking Tour
Arkansas State Coach Gus Malzahn made 15 stops in 14 different towns and covered approximately 1,100 miles working to promote the Red Wolves earlier this week. ArkansasSports360.com was with Malzahn for the final day of the trip, which included stops in Bryant, Pine Bluff, El Dorado, Fordyce and Hot Springs. There were few signs of fatigue for the coach throughout Thursday's final day of the trip. read more >

Bisons' Carmona To Make NFL Bid With Oakland Raiders

Former Charleston High School, UCA and Harding University kicker-punter Eddy Carmona, a Charleston graduate who finished his college career at Harding University, has signed a free-agent contract with the Oakland Raiders. KNWA Report: Razorbacks' Jeff Long A Candidate For Stanford AD Position
A Northwest Arkansas television station reports Stanford has shown interest in Arkansas Athletic Director Jeff Long for its open athletic director's position. Bob Bowlsby left Stanford to become the Big 12 commissioner, leaving a vacancy. KNWA said Long has not responded to inquires. Long would not discuss the report when reached Thursday. He said via text message he was attending his daughter's high school graduation. read more >
