A veteran coach who led El Dorado and Little Rock Catholic to winning seasons, Scooter Register believes the pieces are in place to win at Little Rock Central. This season marks Register's first season on Daisy Bates Drive and also marks Central's first season without former head football coach Bernie Cox since before the Ford Administration.
