Sports competitions are part of Arkansas YES!

Windstream Arkansas YES! sports expo and summer camps fair, going on from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday (April 30) at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock, is a day of family fun where parents can plan their kids’ entire summer and youth ages 4-12 can compete in individual sports competitions.

Competitions include boys' and girls' basketball, golf, pass and kick challenge, soccer shootout and home run derby.

Exhibitors will line the field to promote and demonstrate the summer’s best activities, camps and programs. Parents can sign kids up on the spot.

Admission is $5 per person and $2 per youth competition. Each ticket is good for one general admission ticket to an Arkansas Travelers baseball game.

A portion of the proceeds from the event, hosted by Little Rock Family and ArkansasSports360.com and sponsored by St. Vincent's Health, Simmons First National Bank and the Arkansas Travelers, will benefit YMCA of Metropolitan Little Rock, Boys & Girls Club of Little Rock, LifeChamps, Junior Deputy and First Tee of Central Arkansas.
