MONTICELLO - A Jonesboro pro golfer will lead the golf teams at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Athletic director Chris Ratcliff announced Monday that Heather Wall will coach the men's and women's teams, beginning immediately.

Wall served as club pro at the RidgePointe Country Club in Jonesboro. She graduated from Florida Southern College, where she helped the Moccasins win the NCAA Division II national title in 2009 and finished as the national title runner-up in her junior season.

Wall played for two years on the Futures and SunCoast Tours. She won a SunCoast Tour event and placed second in another.

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is an NCAA Division II school.
