Harris: Arkansas Isn't This Year's 'Ole Miss'; That Title Goes to Auburn

All the summer prognostications about Arkansas came with this caveat from national writers that they could see a lot of Ole Miss, circa 2009, in giving Arkansas a Top 20 nod this season. Forget that. Auburn, now the hot favorite in the SEC West for most of ESPN's mouths, has the best chance to fall as flat this year as Ole Miss did last season. read more >

Red Wolves Hire Former Mississippi State Final Four Coach As Assistant

Former Mississippi State basketball coach Richard Williams has been hired as an assistant at Arkansas State. Williams, who took the Bulldogs to the 1996 Final Four, was announced as a new member of the Red Wolves' staff Monday. He'll work for Arkansas State coach John Brady, who also took a Southeastern Conference team to the Final Four when he was LSU's coach in 2006. read more >

Arkansas Releases 2010-11 Basketball Schedule

Arkansas announced its 2010-11 basketball schedule on Thursday. The season opens Nov. 18 against Grambling in the first game of the “Razorback Showcase”, which will also include Florida Gulf Coast and Southeast Missouri State (coached by former Arkansas State coach Dickey Nutt). read more >
