Arkansas Drops Auburn Series Opener In Extra Innings

Justin Bryant broke a 2-2 tie with a 10th-inning RBI single to center field to lead Auburn to a 3-2 win in 10 innings on Thursday night at Baum Stadium. The Razorbacks drop to 34-16 overall, 12-13 in Southeastern Conference play, while Auburn improves to 27-22 and 11-14 in league play. read more >

Bahn: Razorbacks Lose Series To South Carolina, Maintain Hope For Late Push

Beating South Carolina on Sunday and earning a series victory against the two-time defending national champs was going to be proof Arkansas was back. Had the Razorbacks defeated the Gamecocks it would have been two consecutive weeks of series victories against Top 5 opponents. Instead, Arkansas lost 10-7 on Sunday at Baum Stadium and dropped the series to fall further behind the SEC's elite. Rather than adding to the their resume on paper, the Razorbacks added to the loss column. And Dave Van Horn still came away happy with his team. read more >

Astin Gets Seventh Save, Razorbacks Outlast No. 5 Florida In 10 Innings

RBIs by Dominic Ficociello and Michael Gunn powered Arkansas to a 3-1 Southeastern Conference victory at No. 5 Florida in 10 innings. The Gators (33-12, 12-9) tied the game on Preston Tucker's RBI in the bottom of the eighth inning, but neither Florida nor the Razorbacks (31-13, 11-10) could get any hits in the ninth Sunday. Florida remained hitless in the bottom of the extra inning. read more >
