Arkansas' newcomers know no matter how well they seem to have adjusted to practice, things likely become very different today. No longer will coaches hold split workouts for the newbies and redshirts, while veterans (and accelerated newcomers) work at a different time. Both groups combine for one practice on Monday at 6. Sunday was essentially the last instruction time the newcomers will get separated from the veterans. read more >

Otis Kirk's Recruiting 360: Razorbacks Build 2011 Class With Top In-State Talent

Arkansas signed 30 new recruits on Wednesday, including seven from Arkansas. The seven in the state this year include two 4-star recruits on Rivals.com. Fayetteville quarterback Brandon Allen (6-foot-2, 214 pounds, 4.7 in the 40-yard dash), and Springdale Har-Ber offensive tackle Brey Cook (6-7, 314, 5.2). Allen and Cook are among the best in the nation at their positions, according to Rivals.com. read more >

National Recruiting Analyst Max Emfinger has evaluated football recruiting classes longer than any of the recruits in the Class of 2011 have lived, and this year Emfinger is very impressed with what Arkansas' Bobby Petrino and his staff have been able to do.
