Arkansas forward Marshawn Powell should be cleared for full contact in July. Coach Mike Anderson said during a Razorback Club appearance in Manila that Powell's rehab is going well and the junior forward is on target for full recovery. Powell suffered a season-ending knee injury in November, just two games into the 2011-12 season. read more >

Bennett, a 6-foot-9 post player out of Indian Hills Community College in Iowa, recently chose to join Lon Kruger's Oklahoma Sooners. We all saw the lack of victories over the final month of the season. That's indisputable. Forever we'll be able to pull out an Arkansas media guide and see that a team that started 16-6 ended up 18-14 with a first-round loss in the SEC Tournament. You saw it. I saw it. Coach Mike Anderson saw it. What we didn't see, though, was a team that quit on its coach. How quickly people seem to have forgotten what that actually looks like. read more >

Nolan Richardson Says Razorbacks' Lack of Talent Evident 'Right Off The Bat'

Nolan Richardson got several good looks at the Arkansas basketball team this year. He took in multiple games at Bud Walton Arena and the national championship winning coach was in New Orleans for Thursday's 70-54 loss to LSU. Not that Richardson needed his front row seat in the opening round of the SEC Tournament to know what ails the Razorbacks. read more >
