Bryce Molder had to sink a 12-foot put on No. 18 to get into a playoff, then went six holes with Briny Baird at CordaValle in St. Martin, Calif., to determine which one would finally win his first PGA Tour event. It was Molder, who developed his game as a youth at Chenal Country Club under the tutelage of Dan Snider, who took home the trophy and the biggest check of his life in winning the Frys.com Open on Sunday.
