Leadership from within was a significant factor in Arkansas football getting through a tumultuous spring. Players in leadership roles helped the Razorbacks end last month on a high note. Those same players will be asked to set the tone in summer workouts, something that ought to be relatively easy after dealing with a rare April coaching change. Playing catch up will catch up with the Razorbacks eventually. That's the message players and coaches delivered throughout the week. From offense to defense the talk was what Arkansas can do to stop the slow starts. Both sides of the football are culpable. Look at the 600 yards allowed by the defense in opening quarters the past four games. Then shift attention to the fact the offense has been outscored by 31 points in first halves.
